    Can kids participate? What is the minimum age to participate?

    We do not have an age policy but we would like to see if they can throw a 2.5 pound axe to a distance of 10 feet.

    Can we bring food and drinks?

    Yes you can and there is no charge for it.

    Do you have gift certificates?

    Yes we sell them on our website. 

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 2 weeks notice for deposit refunds and to reschedule events.

    Can you book more than one range?

    Only 1 range can be booked per group. Any multiple bookings by the same group will be cancelled. If you require multiple ranges please give us a call or email (info@axezonelounge.com) and we can arrange a private event.

    What is the maximum / minimum number of people that I can book?

    For private events you can book for up to 50 people.

    How do I check availability?

    You can just click on “Book Now” and select the date you want to come in, it will then display the times available. For events please call at or email info@axezonelounge.com to check availability.

    What should I wear?

    Casual clothing or whatever you are comfortable in. You must wear closed toe shoes; therefore, flip-flops, sandals, heels, or any other variation of open toed shoes will not be permitted into the axe throwing range.

    How far in advance should I book an event?

    For events you can book in as much advance as you like but we do recommend that you book at least 1-2 weeks before hand. Please send email to info@axezonelounge.com to check availability.

    How do I book an event?

    You will have to email info@axezonelounge.com along with the date and time you want to have your event and mention the number of people you want to book for. If possible please mention you second optional date as well.

    Do I tip the staff?

    Yes, tips are encouraged for our coaches.

    Do you accept walk-ins?

    We do accept walk in if there is availability, but it’s always better to book online to avoid disappointment.

    How long does an event last?

    Events typically last for 2 - 2.5 hours and can extend longer depending on the group size.

    Can I bring spectators along?

    Of course you can, and they are not charged. However, they do need to fill out the waiver.

    Can I bring my own axe to throw?

    Yes you can as long is it is within specifications and our coaches approve it.

    What are our dining options? Can we bring our own food?
    We have partnered with
    The Burger Life, which will deliver right to our door and can cater large event(s).
    You may bring, or cater your own food.

    I am new to axe throwing do you have someone who can teach?

    Yes our trained coaches will teach you how to safely throw an axe and enjoy the game.
